Bubble Rush Event (Volunteers)

Volunteer with us!

At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families. We are a charity, so most of the care that we provide is funded through fundraising and through our shops.

We are looking for volunteers to join our annual Bubble Rush event in Walsall Arboretum on Sunday 21st July 2024.

Bubble Rush is Acorns’ annual summer event. Participants take on a 5km course, and pass through four colorful foamy bubble stations on the route. Wheelchair and pushchair accessible with no age limit so great fun for the whole family!

Volunteer opportunities on the day;

• Early event set-up
• Course marshals
• Event village volunteers (tombola, merch stand, hook-a-duck, coconut shy etc.)
• Event pack-down
• Mascot (Alex the Acorn or others

Volunteers will be covering the hours of 7am-3pm (any hours between these times is fine and times are role dependent)
